At Idriss.shop, we take pride in the quality of our wall art. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
1. Return Period
You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
2. Refund Process
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment (PayPal).
You will receive the credit within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer's policies.
3. Damaged or Defective Items
If your wall art arrives damaged or with a printing defect:
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@idriss.shop.
Attach photos of the damage and the packaging.
We will send a replacement at no extra cost to you or offer a full refund.
4. Non-Returnable Items
Customized Prints: Art pieces that were custom-made or personalized specifically for you cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged.
Gift Cards: Any digital gift cards purchased are non-refundable.
5. Shipping Costs for Returns
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If the return is due to our error (wrong item or damaged product), Idriss.shop will cover all shipping costs for the replacement.
