1. Shipping Destinations
We ship worldwide. Whether you are in North America, Europe, or anywhere else, we will get our art to your walls.
2. Processing Times
All orders are processed within 2-4 business days.
Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. We will notify you via email if there is a significant delay.
3. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Standard Shipping (USA): 5-10 business days.
International Shipping: 10-20 business days (depending on the destination).
Free Shipping: We offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders over $75.
4. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Idriss.shop is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
6. Damages
If you receive your order damaged, please contact us at support@idriss.shop within 48 hours. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim, and include photos of the damage in your email.
